1. Wallet Funding
All wallet top-ups are considered final. However, if a transaction fails and your bank account is debited without crediting your SprayFi wallet, you may contact support within 72 hours with proof.
2. Giveaway Participation
SprayFi does not refund users for participating in giveaways once a slot has been taken. Please ensure you review event details before joining.
3. Hosting Refunds
If a user cancels a giveaway before it starts, and no funds have been distributed, a refund may be processed within 7 working days minus service charges.
4. Technical Errors
In the rare case of duplicate debits or technical failure, reach out to support@sprayfi.ng with transaction ID and screenshots.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- SprayFi points earned via mining or referrals
- Used airtime or data giveaways
- Funds used in successfully completed sprays
